AI transparency
We work with applicant data and advertise for employers. That is why we disclose where we use AI, and above all where we do not.
As of September 2026
On this website
No AI interacts with you on this website. The enquiry chat is a guided flow with fixed questions. Graphics and demonstrations are designed by us, with invented sample figures.
No AI assesses applicants
In the recruiting flows we operate for employers, no artificial intelligence assesses, sorts or filters applicants. Pre-qualification follows fixed rules the employer knows and sets, such as whether a driving licence exists. Who gets hired is decided by the employer. That is a deliberate decision with regard to the EU AI Act, which classifies systems for selecting and assessing applicants as high-risk.
Where we use AI
In drafting ad copy and creatives, as a draft that a person checks and approves. AI-generated images in ads are labelled per Meta’s rules; we prefer real imagery from the employer. In campaign control our system works with aggregated figures per creative, such as click rate and cost per application. Data of individual applicants does not reach this system.
In selling our own services, AI systems may draft messages. Every message written by an AI is labelled as such, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires. For processing we use providers with EU processing; client data is not used to train models.
Ads
Job ads are not targeted by age or gender. A person sets the audience. Ad copy is checked for non-discrimination under German law before it goes live.
Competence
The owner is certified as an AI compliance officer (TÜV) and ISO 27001 security officer and assesses before every project whether and how AI is used.
